"Doctor" Richard Lennox visits cute twink Danny Bianchi at home for a house call to treat his migraine. The Brazilian boy ends up tied naked to the bed while the doctor uses his fingertips, feathers and toothbrushes to tickle his armpits, feet, shins and abs. Danny squirms and laughs uncontrollably, claiming many times that his headache is gone.
